Will Salisbury named Stanford GSB SIF Fellow

Our founder Will Salisbury has been named a 2026 Stanford Impact Founder (SIF) Ecopreneurship Fellow by Stanford Graduate School of Business. The fellowship recognizes graduating Stanford students launching ventures with significant environmental impact and provides funding, mentorship, and entrepreneurial support. Latis Materials is developing low-cost, bio-based carbon fiber derived from sustainable feedstocks to expand the use of advanced composites while reducing environmental impact. The company was selected as part of a cohort of founders tackling critical sustainability challenges across energy, materials, and industrial systems.
